Ingredients:
2 large, very-ripe bananas
1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup cooked whole-grain quinoa (1/4c (-) dry & 1/2c water)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup oats, multigrain cereal, muesli
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Method:
- Preheat oven to 380 F.
- Mix bananas, almond butter, vanilla and coconut sugar. Mix well.
- Add quinoa, oats and cereals. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper and drop batter on to cooking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
